Riverwalk Marina

Riverwalk Marina is a 96 slip private multi-family docking facility designed to serve the residents of the adjacent upland development, The Riverwalk Condominiums. The slips will be available solely to the owner residents. No slips will be used for temporary mooring or for repetitive, daily boat trips. There will be no visitor slips, water taxis, or rental boats. Navigation between Riverwalk Marina and the Intracoastal Waterway will be accomplished via existing basins, borrow-channels, and a residential canal. Boat slips are sized appropriate to existing draft depths for basins or waters in connection to the Intercostal Water-Way (ICWW). The slips are best suited for bay boats, small deck boats, and bow riders.

Hours of Operations for Riverwalk Marina are dawn to dusk.

Can slips be purchased for commercial use? (IE charter fishing, boat rentals, ETC.)

No, they are to be used for personal use only.

Is financing available for the purchase of a slip?

No, Financing is not available however you may contact your personal banker for options.

Will I have the right to sell my boat slip?

You may only sell it to another Riverwalk Condominium owner.

Who will provide property management services?

Will there be association fees?

Yes, a budget will be available with contract.

Will I be allowed to dock more than one vessel in a single boat slip?

No, all slips are for 1 vessel only.

Are trailers allowed on premises?

Yes, we will have approximately 15 temporary trailer parking spots located at the future Quai Assisi exit.

Do you need to be an owner at Riverwalk to purchase a boat slip?

Yes, slips will not be sold to anyone that is not an owner of a condominium at Riverwalk

May I stay on my boat overnight?

Residential use is prohibited: Owners or theirs guests may sleep aboard their vessel docked at the marina, for a period not to exceed 10 days within a 30 day period.

Do I need to carry insurance on my boat?

Yes, Insurance is required

What utilities will my slip have?

There are no utilities on the actual slips, however a water hose will be provided for rinsing off boat.

Can I install a lift?

Yes, drive on boat lifts are available and must be purchased from our Marina contractor in order to maintain a consistent esthetic look to enhance our Marina values.
